Selection Tips:

Because the load voltage value in the parameter table is equal to the off-state voltage value, and the load current is the maximum peak current at room temperature, so there should be a margin when selecting the voltage and current of the product. When resistive load: current is selected according to 2.5~4 times load current, voltage is selected according to 2~2.5 times load power. Inductive load: the current is selected according to 3-7 times the load current, and the voltage is selected according to 2.5-3 times the load voltage.

According to the relationship between the load current and the ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is high or the heat dissipation conditions are not good, also correspondingly increase the current capacity of the solid state relay.

For inductive loads, a freewheeling diode must be connected to both ends of the load, and a varistor (MOV) must be connected to the output (1 to 1.5 times the supply voltage) to prevent damage to the solid-state switch from the high voltage generated during switching.

The series products are equipped with load over current and short-circuit protection functions, and when the load over current or short-circuit occurs in the main circuit, it can quickly close the self-locking, effectively protecting the solid-state switch itself from burning function.

When the product is installed, it is required that the contact surface between the heat sink and this product must be flat and clean, and a layer of thermally conductive silicone grease must be applied to its surface, and finally the screws set with flat washers and spring washers are tightened and fixed symmetrically.
