Shunt Resistor FL-21

The FL-21 shunt is widely used to extend the measuring current range of instruments. It includes fixed-value shunts and precision alloy resistors, both of which can be used in communication systems, electronic devices, and power circuits for automation control to limit current, balance current, and sample detection.

The product uses copper-silver-phosphorus solder and employs resistance welding and fusion welding for reliable processing. Accuracy class: 1–6000A, Class 0.5

Environmental conditions: -40 to 60℃, relative humidity ≤95% (at 35℃)

Mechanical strength performance: Can withstand an acceleration of 70 m/s² and transport vibrations of 80–120 shocks per minute for 6 hours.

Overload performance: 120% of the rated current for 2 hours.

Voltage drop: 50mV, 60mV, 75mV, 100mV, 150mV, 200mV, 300mV, etc.

Heating under load: After temperature stabilization, should not exceed 80℃ for rated currents below 50A; should not exceed 120℃ for rated currents above 50A.
