Compact Single-channel PID Temperature Control Box

A temperature control box is an instrument panel that controls temperature and includes a temperature display unit, control adjustment device, and switch protection device. It features sensor input ports and control output ports, with three types of output options: relay switch output, solid-state control output, and power regulator adjustment output. It is mainly used in electric heating applications and temperature switch alarm scenarios. 

  • Commonly available in single-phase and three-phase configurations, ranging from 1 kW to 20 kW, and complete temperature control cabinets can be customized for power ratings exceeding 20 kW.
  • It utilizes intelligent instruments or imported module PID control, achieving a temperature accuracy of ±1℃.
  • The input and output interfaces adopt standard terminal blocks for safe and convenient installation.
  • The control box is equipped with an earth leakage switch, which can provide additional alarm functionality and ensure full safety.
  • It has an aesthetically pleasing appearance with a modular design, allowing for easy disassembly, maintenance, and replacement.
  • Available in single-channel, multi-channel, and integrated touch screen models, compatible with various types of sensors.
