CZ0 series DC contactors are suitable for circuits with a rated DC voltage of 440V and currents from 40A to 1500A, used for DC motor starting, stopping, reversing, and braking. 150A and below feature a double-layer structure, while 250A and above use a planar layout. Current from 100A to 1500A are equipped with energy-saving dual-winding coils for continuous duty, whereas low-current models typically use single windings. Selection is based on load voltage, current, contact configuration, winding type, and coil voltage, while considering operating frequency and service life.
