The main difference between SKKT and SKKT ...B (such as SKKT92 and SKKT92B) lies in the pin definitions and the layout of the terminal block, specifically in the arrangement order of the Gate and Auxiliary Cathode (HK) pins:

SKKT (Standard version): The pin arrangement from top to bottom is: HK2, G2, HK1, G1.

SKKT ...B (B series): The pin arrangement from top to bottom is: G2, HK2, HK1, G1 (where the positions of G2 and HK2 are swapped vertically).
