Product Overview

AC Thyristor Power Controller, it's a high-precision electrical control device that uses thyristors (Thyristor/SCR or TRIAC) as its core switching components. It achieves precise, contactless regulation of output power through advanced triggering control technology, making it an indispensable key terminal control device in automatic temperature control systems for industrial electric heating equipment.

Core Operating Principles

The product primarily offers two advanced power control modes:

  • Zero-Crossing Triggering (Cycle Control): Regulates the average power by controlling the number of complete AC cycles output within a fixed or variable period. This method outputs intact sine waves, causing minimal grid interference and resulting in a high power factor (cosφ≈1).

  • Phase-Shift Triggering: Achieves smooth power control by varying the conduction angle within each sine wave cycle to adjust the voltage.
